I've often been thinking 'bout starting the blog in past few years. Whether I was pissed off with one of too many stupidities in this country or have visited some, more or less known, cool place that was worth mentioning. But it has always ended with “Ah, I’ll do it one of these days…”. And that day has come and the blog has been created. The reason – (new) working hours of castle Medved on mount Medvednica above Zagreb.
The subject of the blog, as the title says it, is culture and all variations of it: architecture, history, history of art, archaeology, nature, flora & fauna etc. I’ll try not to talk much ‘bout unnecessary things in this English version of my blog as I don’t think our “internal affairs” (read: stupidities) matter to people abroad so I’ll try to leave out the critics (except when the thing criticized might be of some importance to possible visitors) and keep the reports from different places, trips, hiking etc.
That is the essential plan and what will happen in the future, who knows ‘cause:

Whatever will be, will be
The future's not ours, to see
Que Sera, Sera
What will be, will be. "
So, for now, there’s only one thing left to do: LET’S BLOG!
P.S. I apologize for mistakes that can be found in my posts as the last time I took a look at English grammar, I was in high school. And that was very, very, VERY long time ago. :-D
